Block line for the production of paving slabs SUMAB R 1000, Sweden

The SUMAB R-1000 (Sweden) stationary automatic block line for the production of paving slabs, blocks/paving stones/curbs, and other concrete products features automatic and semi-automatic operation.

These block lines are equipped with a high-tech Knauer or Synchrotronic vibration system.

Maximum output (per shift (8 hours)):
- 17,200 hollow blocks (20x20x40 cm)
- 1,360-1,680 m² of paving stones (10x20x6 cm) per shift.
- 2,400-2,800 curbs, depending on curb size and the presence of an additional facing layer.

Production line components:
The Sumab stationary high-capacity plant consists of the following components:
Stationary Sumab block making machine with automatic or semi-automatic control.
Knauer vibration system, Germany.

Mold. Each product type (pavers, blocks, curbs, etc.) requires a separate mold.
Additional material hopper for applying paint and a hard surface to concrete products.

A device for transferring finished concrete blocks from the block making machine with adjustable ramp start/stop speed, consisting of two chain transport systems.

Elevator – Automatic device for lifting and accumulating pallets with finished products (with 10 or 12 levels for blocks or two 10 or 12 levels for paving stones).

Lowerator – An automatic device for lowering pallets with dry finished products from racks onto a transport conveyor (with 10 or 12 levels for blocks or two 10 or 12 levels for paving stones).

A conveyor belt for moving pallets with dry products to a cubic position and then turning the pallet – a cross-transfer.
A pneumatic crane with a grab for transferring finished products from pallets to Euro transport pallets. Manually operated.

A return device for empty pallets – a cross-transfer of pallets with return to the storage warehouse.
Lamels – a conveyor for moving finished products for packaging and transport to the warehouse.

Automatic control system for the production line and PC, Siemens computer program. Cables, fuse system, emergency safety system.
Without a control cabin.

Concrete plant with a capacity of up to 20-30 m³. 3 x 15 m³ aggregate storage tanks,
P1125/750 liter mixer,
skip, cement batcher, pneumatically opening valves without augers or silos.

Siemens automation and PC without cabin for base concrete production.
