Pneumatic equipment proposal for unloading cement from hopper containers.

Pneumatic cement transport system, capacity 60 tons/hour - 150 tons/hour (depending on the equipment option).

It consists of:

- 50 m³ hopper, 4 mm diameter;

- 2 vibrators, 200 kg each.

- 2 augers, 323 mm in diameter, with 3000 mm extractors under the hopper.

- 20 x 20 mm vibrating net frame above the hopper with an independent vibrator.

- 8 loading chambers with compression.

- Portable tank;

- Air supply system complete with piping and guides for a maximum distance of 100 meters.

- Control cabin with PLC control panel.

Compressor not included.

Drybatch 70 S. M. rechargeable dust extractor with a recovery auger and dust extraction hood.

Euro Drybatch F 70 filter with the following technical specifications:

70 m³ filtration surface.

11 kW (15 hp) centrifugal "silent" fan.

Filter cleaning system with compressed air supplied in a counter-current flow, pressure

- DPM (Differential Pressure Meter) system for monitoring filter cleaning.

- Integral unloading hopper covering. Made of steel structures, coated with galvanized metal, painted on the outside, complete with a gutter.
