Machine frame

The heavy-duty main frame is constructed of square tubing. The mold and compactor system operates hydraulically on a system of chrome-plated guide columns (two guides). The mold system is attached to the guide columns. Two lower hydraulic cylinders, attached to a rigid steel synchronizing shaft, drive the compactor. The compactor is guided by four guide columns and is equipped with easily replaceable bushings. It is driven by a direct hydraulic cylinder, which controls the stroke of the compactor.

Compaction head
Equipped with two compact vibrators.

Vibrating table
The vibrating table is a machine unit with a turning function, necessary for producing curbs and gutters.

Hydraulic equipment
An 80-liter oil pump is mounted on the machine frame. The pumps and motor are mounted on the tank. Additionally, there is a return filter with a clogging indicator, an oil level indicator, an optional oil cooler, and an optional oil heater for preheating the oil. Maximum pressure is 200 bar.
All electrically controlled valves are standard, and CETOP is interchangeable. Pressure regulators are provided for all machine components with hydraulically driven motors.

Electrical control
Consists of a main board, control panels, and input and output junction boxes. All three-phase conductors, inverters, and control units are housed in the main board. The automatic operating units are equipped with a Siemens automation unit.
The wiring is simple and can be expanded at any time. The control panel includes switches and buttons for manual and setup modes. The touchscreen control interface is easy to use and features diagnostics that indicate errors.
The entire electrical system is pre-programmed and pre-designed to save installation time.

Proximity sensors - limit switches:
All necessary proximity switches, as well as safety switches on the safety gates.

The machine is protected against power surges.
