The Sumab C-15-1200 mobile concrete plant is designed for the production of high-quality concrete and concrete mixtures, with a capacity of 15-20 m³ per hour. The exact plant performance depends on the type and grade of concrete produced, as well as the aggregates, cement, and amount of chemical additives used in concrete production.

The mobile concrete plant is equipped with a user-friendly control cabin and an automatic plant control system.
The modern Siemens computer system allows for the production of 25 concrete recipes and grades. The system can print out the kilograms and percentages of each finished batch, preventing the theft of aggregates or cement during concrete mixing.

The basic plant configuration includes the following components:
1. A fully automated mobile concrete plant with a capacity of 15-20 m³ per hour. Mounted on a container frame. 2. Aggregate bins, 2 x 3.5 m³.
3. Aggregate weighing sensors. Located under the pan mixer. Dosing accuracy: 100 g. Made by Siemens, Germany.
4. Conveyor for feeding aggregates from the bins to the mixer, including a motor.
5. A 1200/750-liter pan mixer, coated with a 12 mm layer of special steel. 5 quick-release paddles with fiberglass tips. An automatically opening ready-mix concrete feed valve.
6. Galvanized water tank, 250 liters, with a built-in Danfoss pump and water dispenser.
7. 10 BAR air compressor
