Hydraulic Equipment.
A 270-liter hydraulic oil tank is located separately from the machine. The pumps and motor are located on the side of the tank. There is also a filter with a dirt indicator, oil level indicator, optional cooling system, and optional heater for warming up the oil. Maximum pressure is 170 bar.

All solenoid valves are standard and can be replaced with CETOP if the machine is equipped with a PLC control system. Pressure regulators for all machine components are hydraulically driven. Knauer vibration system (Germany) with electronically synchronized external drives:

Made from specially tempered hardened steel, milled and polished automatically, the surface is heat-treated. A hardness of approximately 60/62 HRC is achieved with a 0.5/0.8 mm depth.

Machine-controlled tempering of each steel.
Plates, supports, and other parts are made of Fe 430.
