The machine can operate in two modes: either simply base esterification or start with acid esterification.
Capacity: 1000 L/day.
You run the machine in batches (1000 L). Calculations indicate that the machine requires methanol and methylate.
Using a special density meter, the machine measures the glycerin content.
Normal output is 1000 L – the final output is 880 L of fuel + 120 L of glycerin.
The machine uses water for cleaning, not a separator. Also includes one used and one new separator.
The machine comes with two tanks, each with a capacity of 8 m³.
The unit measures 1.5 m + 2.4 m in length, 1.60 m in width, and approximately 2.2 m in height.
