Main characteristics parameters

1) Appearance.
The granules are cylindrical in shape, without foreign impurities and traces of mold, the surface is hard and shiny, without swelling, cracks, or delaminations. Match the color of the components.

They are produced without the use of any chemical additives or glue, from compressed wood waste (sawdust and softwood shavings), formed under a pressure of about 300 atmospheres.

In the manufacture of products the following is used:

- 100% chemically untreated residues and waste from the woodworking industry.

Technological raw materials for the production of pellets must meet the requirements:

- Species composition: pine, larch, spruce-fir, cedar.

- Bark content no more than 5%.

- The content of foreign impurities (stones, sand, metal) is not allowed.

- The shelf life of raw materials is no more than 6 months.

- Raw material humidity 45-55%.

- The wood has not been chemically treated.

- The wood is not recycled.
